We are thrilled to share the news that Helen Campbell has joined our growing team of trainers!
Helen has worked in Decontamination for over 20 years, both in Sterile Services and Endoscopy, writing and running an ISO 13485-accredited quality management system. She has worked at a number of NHS Trusts, including Hampshire and Portsmouth.
Helen has served as the Director of Education for the Institute of Decontamination Science from April 2018 and is stepping down in March. During her time in post, Helen was instrumental in getting the IDSc Technical Certificate levelled, as well as the writing and levelling of the Endoscopy Technical Certificate. She also worked closely with the School of Healthcare Science on assessing apprentices at both Level 2 and 4. Helen said, “I’ve known Tony Sullivan for many years and his reputation speaks for itself, so I’m very much looking forward to working with him and the ATD team on delivering their newly accredited training programmes.” Her experience, expertise and commitment to innovation in Decontamination Training makes her an invaluable asset to All Things Decontamination, and we are privileged to have her working alongside us.
